SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER · PRODUCT STRATEGY LEADER

Fifteen years turning messy enterprise systems into workspaces people trust.

I'm Christopher Laguitan: I design and ship the interface layer for complex, multi-system products: controlled liquidation platforms, AI agent orchestration, and the design infrastructure that keeps a dozen teams shipping the same language. Lately that means "vibe coding": going from Figma to working front end with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex, without a handoff in between.

01 · Capabilities

What the work is built from.

Figma Governance

Component libraries, token architecture, and variant governance for design systems used across white-label channels.

Vibe coding

Figma to shipped front end with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex: HTML5/CSS3/JS fluent, no handoff required.

AI Workflows

Interfaces for multi-agent orchestration: where a human still needs to see and trust the machine's reasoning.

Conversion & CRO

Reading funnels like a product manager: every screen earns its place or gets cut.

02 · Systems

Three systems, built inside Pollen's operating layer.

Each entry below reads like the manifest it replaced: problem on the left, outcome on the right.

The problem

Excess inventory arrived as raw Excel exports: thousands of SKUs with no shared view of vendor coordination, product flow, or which batch was closest to expiry. Liquidation decisions were made on gut feel against a billion-signal dataset no single person could hold in their head.

The design outcome

An enterprise liquidation workspace built around three decisions: predicting demand, planning price floors, and prioritizing channels, each one visualized, ranked, and explainable, with vendor coordination built into the flow.

The problem

Three specialist agents (one forecasting demand, one governing price floors, one allocating channels) needed a master that a human could actually talk to. Without one, nobody could see what the agents agreed on, disagreed on, or why a price actually moved.

The design outcome

Lily, a master orchestrator that puts Dahlia's, Fern's, and Sage's reasoning on one canvas, with a sealed compliance ledger so a human can trust, and override, the machine.

The problem

Every white-label sales channel, marketplace, and internal dashboard was drifting from the last: same components, five different implementations, no single source of truth.

The design outcome

A centralized token engine governing every surface, so a change in Figma ships as a change in code, across every channel, at once.

The problem

A decentralized, USD-backed digital currency needed to feel as trustworthy and legible as a bank balance, while still surfacing the blockchain mechanics and cashback rewards that made it different.

The design outcome

Led design and product strategy for the platform: a peg you can see holding steady, cashback rewards that feel earned in real time, and a ledger view that makes every transaction traceable.
